1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Triple Seven Home, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Triple Seven Home.
Under no circumstances shall Triple Seven Home team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Triple Seven Home team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. Custom Made-to-Order Products
All Triple Seven Home lighting fixtures are custom, made-to-order products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Each product is handcrafted specifically for your order
- Production begins upon order placement and payment confirmation
- Current lead times are 8-12 weeks, subject to variation based on fixture complexity and seasonal factors
- Holidays may impact production schedules (we close for 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks for Christmas/New Years)
- All specifications, including dimensions and finishes, are final upon order confirmation
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Triple Seven Home reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment in full is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
4. Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of order placement
- A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made after 7 days
- No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders or custom orders beyond the 7-day window
- Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible
5. Returns and Exchanges
Triple Seven Home is a custom, made-to-order company. We do not accept returns other than for defects or damage.
Defects and Damaged Items
- Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacements or refunds
- All packaging materials must be retained for damage claims
- Photo proof of damage is required for all claims
- You must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning items
- RMA items must be received within 14 calendar days from RMA issuance
- Returns must be uninstalled and in original packaging
Store Credit or Exchange
We may accept returns for store credit or exchange when:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- Items were delivered within the last 7 days
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders of 10 or more items are final sale and do not qualify for return
- Pendants with custom cord/rod lengths cannot be returned
6. Warranty
Triple Seven Home offers a 1-year limited warranty for all lighting fixtures:
- Limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself (at our discretion)
- Does not extend to secondary charges (contractor, electrician fees, etc.)
- Approved repairs must be performed by Triple Seven at our studio
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty entirely
- Does not cover damage from improper installation or use
7. Product Certifications
All hardwired fixtures (excluding Cloth Twist Cord) are UL/cUL rated for dry and/or damp locations in the USA and Canada. Our fixtures are not rated for outdoor/wet locations. International customers should note that our fixtures can work with 240V, though they are UL Listed for US and Canada only.
8. Installation
Triple Seven Home strongly recommends having a professional, licensed electrician install your fixtures. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from improper installation. Installation instructions are provided with each fixture and may also be available on the product page.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, images, and other materials on this website are the property of Triple Seven Home and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Trade Accounts and Commercial Projects
Triple Seven Home offers a Trade Program for qualified design professionals. For commercial projects requiring bidding, please contact quotes@triplesevenhome.com. Learn more about our Trade Program.
11. Limitation of Liability
Triple Seven Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our products or services
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Any content obtained from our website
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
12. Changes to Terms
Triple Seven Home reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
