Order Received
Your order has been received and is being reviewed by our team. You'll receive an order confirmation email within 24-48 hours.
Materials & Preparation
We source and prepare all materials for your custom fixture. This includes metals, glass, porcelain, and specialty finishes.
Crafting Your Light
Our artisans handcraft your fixture in our Melbourne, Florida studio. Each piece is assembled, finished, and inspected with care.
Quality Check & Packaging
Your completed fixture undergoes final quality inspection and is carefully packaged using our 200lb certified boxes and recycled kraft paper.
Shipping
Your order ships via UPS Ground (Tuesday-Friday). Orders over $500 require signature. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Important Notes
