Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS Ground Tuesday through Friday. Express shipping is available every weekday. All packages are carefully boxed in certified 200 lb test boxes using 100% recycled heavy-duty kraft paper to ensure your fixtures arrive safely.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You can estimate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your zip code.
Delivery Times
Please note that our lead time for production is 8-12 weeks depending on the fixture. Shipping time is in addition to the production lead time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Signature Required
Orders over $500 will automatically ship with signature required for your security and protection.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available only if arranged before your order is placed. Additional charges will apply. Please contact us at info@triplesevenhome.com to arrange expedited shipping.
International Shipping
Triple Seven Home is pleased to offer international shipping via UPS or DHL International.
Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and/or taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges are:
- Not included in the total of your order with Triple Seven Home
- The responsibility of the recipient
- Determined by your local customs department
International Certifications
Our hardwire fixtures are UL Listed for the US and Canada only but can be used in other countries with 240V. Please verify electrical compatibility in your region before ordering.
Quality Control & Packaging
Two-Person Check-Off System
Triple Seven implements a rigorous two-person check-off system for every shipment. Each package is:
- Boxed by one of our shipping team members
- Verified by both our shipping manager and office manager
- Includes a checklist label inside the box
Any claims of missing hardware or bulbs must be reported within 10 days along with a photo of your checklist.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Upon Delivery
Prior to accepting your package, please examine the condition of cartons before signing delivery receipts. Our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility.
Reporting Damage
Should you receive products in damaged condition (apparent or concealed):
- Claims for damage must be made within 10 days of receipt
- All packaging must be retained by the receiver
- Photos of each side of the box, including the shipping label, are required
- Notify the driver of any apparent damage to the box
- Failure to retain packaging may invalidate your claim

Additional Information
Delivery Address Changes
If you have a different delivery address than what you entered at checkout, please notify us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order at info@triplesevenhome.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Third-Party Shipping
Third-party shipping must be pre-approved by Triple Seven Home. If approved:
- A 5% handling fee will be applied
- Customer is responsible for all shipping labels and BOL (bill of lading) forms
- Customer must provide all required information prior to shipment
- Triple Seven is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays after third-party pickup
Getting a Shipping Quote
The easiest way to obtain a shipping quote is to add items to your cart and input your zip code during checkout. For commercial spaces requiring quotes for multiple lights, please email quotes@triplesevenhome.com.
